Being only eight feet above sea level, this flat parcel features lush lawns interspersed with more than 50 coconut palms right to the water’s edge. The expansive oceanfront lawn, along with the pool bar, makes the area ideal for weddings, meetings, parties and other recreational activities.

Barbecue
The BBQ Area contains a large gas grill, a smoker, a wood-fired pizza oven, and an outdoor bar connected to the Game Room. The surrounding seating creates an ideal gathering place for meals, parties or just socializing. A custom-fitted canopy is available in the event of inclement weather.
Swimming Pool & Pool Bar
The Swimming Pool includes a jacuzzi, swim-up bar, water slide down into a large rock waterfall and a rock cave behind the waterfall. There is even a sandbox for those who wish to experience their own beach. Adjacent to the pool is a covered pool bar with seating for 12.
The Game Room & Gym, or Paani
The Game Room & Gym or Panni which is Hawaiian for “Recreational Room” is connected to the main house by a glass covered walkway. The Game Room and Gym has a billiards table, ping pong, free weights, balance bar, TRX Suspension Trainer, Bosu Ball, treadmill, Teeter inversion table, and other games for outside play such as bocce ball and croquet. The Game room also has a bar with inside and outside seating. Adjacent to the Game Room is an additional bedroom with a king-size bed, wet bar and lava rock bath containing a sunken tub.
